The right to go to court according to which the data subject may apply to the court for the defense of any rights guaranteed by Law 677/2001, without prejudice to the possibility to address a complaint to the supervisory authority (respectively, the National Authority for Data Supervision with Personal Character with address in 32 Olari Street, district 2, Bucharest).
